I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach, mentor coach, and group coaching educator.

I believe work can be a source of meaning and fulfillment, and business a force for good. I help coaches and leaders bring out the best in people, including themselves, by creating the conditions to thrive.

I bring 15+ years of experience leading learning and development at high-growth organizations including Miro, Culture Amp, and Blue Bottle. Most recently, as Head of Coaching at a global leadership development startup, I led a team of 70+ executive coaches and built high-impact group coaching programs for Fortune 500 companies.

Through my work, I've guided hundreds of individuals, teams, and organizations through pivots, promotions, launches, reinventions, and the questions that don't come with easy answers.

I speak and train on two business strategies I care about deeply: thoughtfulness, the discipline of bringing care and intention to our work and professional relationships, and teaming up, the practice of joining forces with others toward a shared goal.
