Hi, I’m Mallory Roth

I’m an executive coach who works with thoughtful founders, leaders, and coaches who’ve hit an inflection point in their work.

Whether they're ready to pursue bold new opportunities or are navigating significant transitions in their current roles, I help them clarify their goals and build lasting momentum across their work, teams, and organizations in a way they find meaningful.

Prior to founding my coaching practice, I worked internally at global startups and tech companies building and looking after leadership and coaching programs (Medley, Miro, Culture Amp, Blue Bottle Coffee). I hold a graduate degree in library science and coaching certifications from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching and the International Coaching Certification.
