Like you, I’m a lifelong learner. I bring my background in learning and development, organizational change, and librarianship to meet the moment.
I draw from a range of disciplines, including iPEC core energy coaching, presence-based coaching, change theory, adult development theory, positive psychology and strengths-based approaches, mindfulness and contemplative practice, experiential learning and reflective practice, behavioral science, human-centered design, and systems thinking.
I write about this work in The Process, my newsletter for coaches.

There are endless ways to do this work meaningfully: internal, independent, or alongside a full-time role. Some coaches are scaling up, others are scaling back, and some are completely overhauling.
The goal is to make your work work for you, and shape a practice that reflects who you’re becoming and resources you, too.
