Frequently Asked Questions
-
Any coach who has completed a coach training program, whether you're pursuing your first ICF credential, renewing, or just want a reliable place to practice.
The Regular works best when everyone in the room has a shared foundation to build from. If you're mid-training a coach training program, or just getting started, finish that first and come pull up a chair.
-
Nothing is required, but you'll get more out of it if you've reviewed the competency we're focusing on that month, including the behavioral markers underneath it. Bonus points if you come with one or two you want to work on. Here's a link to the ICF Core Competencies.
-
April, May, and June sessions are free for everyone. Starting in July, the session is $35 if you’re dropping in, and free if you’re working with me 1:1 or part of any of my coaching programs.
At $35 a session, it's also one of the most accessible ways to bank your ICF group mentor coaching hours if you’re currently pursuing your ACC or PCC credential.
-
ICF requires group mentor coaching sessions to have no more than 10 participants in order for the hours to count toward credentialing. The cap also just makes for a better session. Everyone gets to coach, everyone gets feedback, and we all benefit from each other's experience and expertise.
-
Yes, for ACC and PCC. ICF requires 10 total hours of mentor coaching over at least 3 months. At least 3 must be one-on-one, and up to 7 can be completed in a group of 10 or fewer focused on the Core Competencies. Your attendance at The Regular counts toward those group hours. I keep attendance records for every session so you have what you need when you apply.
If you need the full 10 hours, I offer 1:1 mentor coaching alongside The Regular. Set up a call to get started.
-
If something comes up, please take a moment to cancel. You can cancel anytime, no explanation needed, just head to the event page and cancel your registration so someone else can have your seat. There are 10 seats and someone could be waiting for yours.

Yes, I'd love to have you there.
Each month I reach out to my current 1:1 clients directly before opening registration publicly, so they always have a chance to grab a spot first. If the session is full by the time you find it, join the waitlist and I'll reach out if something opens up.

My 1:1 mentor coaching is for coaches pursuing or renewing their ACC or PCC credential. We work together over a minimum of 3 months, focused on your coaching and the ICF Core Competencies. Two options: ten private sessions, or four private sessions coupled with 4 private sessions
-
If you're working with me on 1:1 mentor coaching or general coaching, The Regular is included. You get priority registration every month and attend free for the duration of our work together. It's designed to complement your private sessions and provide connection opportunities with other coaches.

Honestly, this is an experiment! I’ve committed to hosting this through the end of 2026. That said, every time I take on a new 1:1 mentor coaching client, The Regular extends with it. I’m excited to see where this takes us.
