thoughtful group coaching program
Create the playbook for the next iteration of your coaching business.
You are not the same coach you were when you started. Your professional milestones, hard seasons, and client work have all shaped what you care about now and where you’re headed. You are actively iterating and bringing new work to life, whether it’s been years in the making or it just came into focus.
Maybe you're ready to refresh your offerings, serve your clients more deeply, or make your work work better for you. Maybe you've heard yourself say, "I want to be thoughtful about this..."
Thoughtful is a strategic re-onboarding program for what you're building next, as both coach and CEO. It’s space to design the playbook for your next iteration with focused time and attention, and seasoned coaching colleagues beside you as thought partners and ongoing support.
This program is built on the belief that thoughtfulness transforms business.
As an operating principle, it feels better to practice, produces stronger outcomes for your clients and your business, and surfaces new and generative opportunities. It means working at the intersection of care and rigor: across your offerings, the hospitality you extend, and the conditions you create for you and your clients to do your best work.
You’re not just joining a program with fellow coaches, you’re building alongside thoughtful colleagues who believe business can be a force for good.
Close out the year thoughtfully as you set the stage for what comes next.

✔ You've hit an inflection point and want to be discerning and deliberate about what's next

“Thoughtful brings you back to your roots, back to why you started your coaching business in the first place. In a curious and conscious container, I reconnected with the hospitality, conditions, and offers at the heart of my work. That reconnection helped me get clear on my why and gave me a strategy for expressing and integrating that work with my clients in a more profound way. It's a win-win for you and your clients.”

What’s Included
THE INVESTMENT: $1200
-
Eight 90-min group coaching sessions, held over the course of four months, led by Mallory.
We’ll anchor to thoughtfulness as a core business approach and embed it in our offerings, the hospitality we extend, and the conditions we create for ourselves and our clients to thrive.
Sessions are intentionally not recorded.
-
Life gets full, and momentum can dip in the off weeks between group coaching sessions. These optional coworking sessions are a standing space to work toward your goals alongside others in the group.
-
We’ll have two 60-minute reunion calls. These take place a few months after the program wraps for us to reconnect, share updates and wins, and reflect on how our thinking and ways of working have continued to evolve.
-
You'll be part of an intentionally small group of coaching colleagues. These are the kind of coaches who drive meaningful outcomes for their clients and businesses while paying attention to how the work gets done and who they are in the process. And, over the course of the program, they’ll become some of your strongest advocates.
Why a group of coaching colleagues? Coaching is relational, and a thriving business needs social infrastructure. Colleagueship inspires us to build from our unique strengths, while also raising the bar for our work, our businesses, and the industry at large.
From a past participant: "Everyone in the group was so thoughtful, unique, and open. They ignited my curiosity again to go back and connect with what matters. At first, I thought I may be taking on too much; this group allowed me to prioritize my business again and to think about why I started it to begin with."
-
Everything in the program builds toward two artifacts that are yours to keep:
The Thoughtful Guidebook, the curriculum: frameworks, strategies, and prompts we work from together
Your Playbook, what you’ll design session by session for the next iteration of your coaching business

“I genuinely loved the Thoughtful group coaching experience. It was such a treat to be amongst other coaches with time to work on practice and self. I was stretched as a business owner, and it was so helpful to examine my practice through the lens of thoughtful hospitality. Very glad I said yes, and would say yes again and again.”
-Brittany Roberts, Founder, Coach, and Former FAANG L&D Leader
