Let’s go from “working on it” to a practice that works for you.
I loved the structure of coach training: a rigorous curriculum, an inspiring cohort, a guided process. When I finished and started building my practice, it felt more like a blank page and a lot of open tabs.
It’s a jarring transition. Maybe you’re feeling it now, building full time or in the hours around a day job. You’re planning, researching, preparing. Then planning some more.
When people ask how it’s going, you say “working on it.” Privately, you’re wondering: “Am I still getting my footing as a coach?” “Do I need a business background for this?” “Do I even want to be an entrepreneur?”
You’re closer than it feels. It usually isn’t a matter of skill, ideas, or motivation. You’ve got those in spades. What’s missing is a structured process to help you shape a practice that reflects who you are, with the momentum of fellow coaches building alongside you.
I believe the shift from trained coach to founder deserves the same support and colleagueship as coach training itself. In Bridge, you’ll bring to life a practice that reflects who you are and works for the season you’re in, alongside a small group of coaches building theirs too.
Bridge is highly tactical. Each week, you’ll shape a key element of your practice, like your core offer, the client experience, your outreach process. Along the way, you’ll build a toolkit of evergreen resources to return to as your coaching evolves.
And like becoming a coach, Bridge is also inner work. You’ll notice patterns, poke at beliefs, and integrate your evolving identities: seasoned professional, trained coach, and new founder.
Let’s turn “working on it” into a working practice.
Bridge is for you if…
You’ve finished coach training, or you’re close
You’re ready to be open for business
You want a practice that reflects who you are, not someone else’s playbook
You’re building full time or around a day job
You’re open to inner work as much as strategy
You’re willing to reach out and put your offer into the world
You can commit focus and follow-through for eight weeks
You miss the structure and cohort of training, and want it back
Shape a coaching practice that’s a reflection of who you are, and a resource for you, too.
In eight weeks, you’ll have a working practice.
Know yourself
You’ll clarify your why, turn your values into operating principles, and decide where you’d like to focus your coaching.
know your people
You’ll identify who to coach first, learn what matters to them through real conversations, and shape a thoughtful offer and client experience.
grow your circle
You’ll build trust and momentum as you share your offer, and grow a circle of early believers, colleagues, and people who can bridge for you.
What to Expect
Bridging is an active practice, not a one-time project. Over the course of these 8 weeks, you’ll strengthen the habits and skills to keep your practice working, and working for you and your clients, season after season.

TWO LIVE CALLS EACH WEEKStart each week with direction in a 30-minute Monday kickoff, where we’ll go over the weekly focus and set your commitments. Then go deeper on Thursdays in a 60-minute group coaching call, where you’ll work through what’s coming up and learn from each other. Both start at 10am PT / 1pm ET.
Your Cohort of ColleaguesBridge is built on colleagueship. You’ll set up your practice alongside a small group of coaches doing the same, swapping resources, offering support, and cheering each other on, now and after the program.
